Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Our soaps are designed for gentle everyday cleansing. As everyone's skin is different, we recommend reviewing the product details and patch-testing if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

How should I store my soap?

To help your soap bars last longer, keep them on a well-drained soap dish and allow them to dry between uses, away from direct water flow.

Can I return a product?

Yes — please see our Returns page for full details. For hygiene reasons, opened or used soaps and scrubs can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
